THE PRINCE OF GOTHAM AGAIN!!

Rocksteady Studios is back in the tireless videogames world with its latest release of Batman Arkham City, the sequel of the successful Batman Arkham Asylum, the Most Critically Acclaimed Superhero Game Ever according the book of the Guinness World Reccord.

Batman Arkham City focuses on defeating the Joker at the final battle in Arkham Asylum. Quincy Sharp who's becomes the Mayor of Gotham City, decides to close the old asylum and opens Arkham city, a bigger new facility ubicated in Gotham.
The Clown Prince of crime comes again wishing to take revenge along with other classic villains from the comic such as Two-Face and the Penguin (New enemies) as well as the return of villains like Mr. Freeze, the Riddle, Bane, Harley Queen and Poison Ivy.
This game allows you to select new characters including Nightwing, Robin and Catwoman.
During the game Batman communicates via radio transmission with Alfred Pennyworth (who did not appear in the previous game) and Barbara Gordon, helping our hero to solve all the challenges that come across the way.
The game has improved movements and skills as far as the battling mode is concerned. This time the enemies are harder to knock-out so "Batsi" needs to be tougher than ever and developes different strategies in order to accomplish the missions.

Fortunately for all the fans, the original voices are kept as in the first game. Kevin Conroy who has been the voice of Batman/Bruce Wayne since the 90's Animated Series is back to "wear" the black suit. On the other hand, the Joker's voice is performed by Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker in Star Wars), who has also been impersonating the character since the 90's Series.
 

Another feature of the game is the option of choosing between a great range of Batman costumes, giving the ability to play as Batman Beyond, The Dark Night Returns, Earth One, 70's Batman, The Animated Series, Year One or Sinestro Corps Batman.
These costumes may vary depending on the game platform you are playing.

In the first game, our super hero has to fight against the Joker and his henchmen whom have taken control over Arkham Asylum. All the adventure takes place inside the facilities of the asylum and Batman has to face enemies such as Victor Zsasz, Bane, Scarecrow, Poison Ivy, Mr. Freeze and Harley Queen.
The playable modes are limited, as you can just select Batman as the main character, although in the Xbox 360 platform you are allowed to choose the Joker for some missions.

According to Metacritic, Batman Arkham City, is the best reviewed game of 2011.  It is the third video game made by the British company Rocksteady Studios and the second one based on the super hero of Gotham City. The game was released between October and November for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Microsoft Windows, whereas in Nintendo Wii, it will be launched within the next year.  However, in case you do not have any of these game consoles, NetherRealm Studios has impressed everyone by developing an iOS (Apple's mobile operating system) version of the game that has been in stores since the December the 7th.
